During these times of shifts and changes, it can be difficult to have patience. We can feel what is coming, but not necessarily see it. I have noticed a lot of comments lately about being tired of waiting, tired of learning, tired of growing, tired of watching and just plain being tired. It seems many of us just want to "Be There" already!
But here's the thing folks, there is no "There". There is no end goal. Ascension is not about the destination, it is about the journey. It is right there in the word. Ascension is defined as "theactofascending; the act of rising to an important position or a higher level." Do you see it? AscendING? RisING? It is an act of motion. It is something that is always happening. This is not "the state of being ascended", this is "the act of ascending".
Realize that everything is in this state of change. Mother Earth herself is experiencing new sensations daily. But the changes must occur when they are meant to do so. Imagine what would happen if Mother decided she was too tired to keep going through this Ascension process, that she just wanted to "Be There" already?! Our existence would be in peril, because it is not meant to happen that way. The changes we (humans and planet) are experiencing are monumental. That is why they are not happening all at once. That much change would be catastrophic if it happened too swiftly.
So what do we do? How do we deal with the impatience? We keep true
to our path. We continue to spread Love and Light. We remember to Love
ourselves. Take a break, step outside - just for a few minutes leave the comfort of
shelter. Look up at the Sky and fill it with your Light. See the
bright rays pouring forth from you into the cosmos. Look down at the
Earth and fill her with your Love. Go over to the nearest tree and hug
it! (Yes, the Hippy just said go hug a tree :P). Acknowledge that we (again, humans, planet, and everything on it) are all going through this change together, because we are One. Mother Earth = ME!
I realized the other day why I Love flash mobs. I mean I really Love flash mobs. Since I saw my first one on YouTube years ago, I have yet to see one that didn't make me smile with delightful Glee ;).

The reason is simple, really. They raise our vibrations. They raise the vibration of every participant, every viewer. All those people gather together with a singular purpose, and they achieve it.
♥ And this happens all over the world, folks ♥
Flash mobs show how much power we have. I mean power like seldom seen in your day to day lives. While it is kin to the power that occurs at other mass gatherings, it is still different. It resonates so purely because it occurs in unexpected places, at unexpected times. This is why it brings the vibrations of viewers up as well. It is an unconscious reaction to a spontaneous event.

Other vibration raising events don't necessarily affect the casual viewer, the one who wasn't there. Flash mobs affect us unconsciously. The reaction to them is innate. Now what each individual does after their vibration is raised is up to them, of course. But for that one glorious span of time, hundreds of friends, lovers and strangers vibrate at the same frequency. They are in sync, and the Love they raise is delightful to behold.

Flash mobs comes in all sizes, with varying purposes. Some have no purpose at all beyond Joy. Some are designed to wish a loved one Happy Birthday, or even as a proposal of marriage. Others are designed to promote a cause and raise awareness. I have to wonder if the organizers are conscious of the fact that they are also raising the frequency of everyone involved.

Usually these are well organized and choreographed. But sometimes, they
happen spontaneously when one person's energy is... Unstoppable.

If you have watched these videos, I thank you. I hope you find your frequency has been raised to a higher level. If you haven't (I know there are a lot), keep this in mind next time you need a vibrational boost. I find simply watching these can bring my spirit to a higher place.
As a Witch, I live my life according to the Threefold Law (or Rule of Three) - that which I send out will be returned to me threefold. Though in my experience, it tends to be returned to you something closer to tenfold, but you know how we Witches like that number 3;). It is easy to visualize this. Simply point your index finger away from you, and look at your hand. You will see three fingers pointed back at you. This is a tool used to help us remember that we need always be cognizant of what we are sending into the world.
As a Lightworker, I live my life according to the Law of Attraction - like attracts like, i.e. positive and negative thinking bring about positive and negative physical results respectively. This is a very powerful, world shaping idea - one many in the public eye could use a lesson in. I have recently heard of politicians in the US calling for the death of our President, for his "wife to be a widow and his children fatherless", according to a biblical scripture (Psalm 109). To call for the downfall, let alone death, of another will serve only to bring that or worse into your own life.
These are, in effect, the same law. It behooves us to realize that we have the power to shape our reality. If you are always seeing the negative, or wishing negative things on others, then you will find your life is very full - of negative things. Whereas if you wish the best for all, according to the higher good, and the positive things that surround you - you will find your life is full of greatness. Our thoughts have energy, they have power, and they will affect your life in many ways.
I mean this in a very literal sense, as well as a metaphysical one. Your thoughts are vibrations and they do have an effect on the world around you. The frequency of your thoughts will transform the frequency of the world you live in. If you do not think the Law of Attraction works for you, it won't. It is that simple really. Your negative thoughts will attract the results that they align with, those with the same frequency. The same is true of your positive thoughts, which vibrate at a higher frequency than negative ones. I have lived in those lower vibrations, and I can literally feel the difference in the world around me now that I am vibrating at a higher frequency.
Mahatma Ghandi is credited with saying, "You must be the change you wish to see in the world." Whether he truly said this or not is a subject of much debate. Regardless, the message is a true and powerful one. Be the goodness you want in your life. Focus on the positive and eliminate the negative and you will find your life greatly changed, for that which you send out will return to you threefold.
As a Wiccan, I have always known there are five elements. We call the fifth element Spirit, or Aether. It is the element that connects everything, at all times. The very Seed of Life. Combined with Air, Fire, Water and Earth it is what creates everything.
As a Bruce Willis fan, I have always loved the movie The Fifth Element. If you haven't seen it, here is your warning: ~*SPOILER*~ ahead.
The Fifth Element in the movie is the only weapon capable of destroying The Great Evil. It is combined of four stones representing Air, Fire, Water and Earth and a human entombed in a sarcophagus (created by combining the other four elements into Divine Light). The premise of the movie is that in the future, when it is finally needed to defeat The Great Evil, only the hand of The Fifth Element is recovered through a series of misfortunes. The hand is used to create a woman named LeeLoo. She has no memory and is afraid of her unfamiliar surrounding. Much action ensues (hey, it's a Bruce Willis movie after all ;). LeeLoo becomes despondent when she learns the whole of human history. In the end, it is the Love of Willis' character that allows her to release the Divine Light and combine all five elements into the weapon needed to nullify The Great Evil.
Essentially, the message of the move is that Love is the true Fifth Element. This has always resonated with me, even through the Hollywood hype and special effects. But it was not until last night, as I was driving home under the gorgeous full moon, that I fully realized that Spirit=Love.
I was pondering why it is that some people still ask "Why?" when something relates to Unconditional Love. Why do they feel a need to have a reason for something to exist? Why do they feel it is necessary to explain how you can Love unconditionally? The fact is that Love is Spirit/Aether. It exists without cause or reason. There is no explanation for it, because it simply is. Without Love, nothing else can exist. So let's stop trying to determine the Why of Love, and embrace the fact that Love Is.
